For this week I decided to use a video, that I thought was very cool and really speaks to a huge audience. This post talks about how Vans and Disney are doing a collab together. However, it is not just a regular collab it is celebrating one hundred years of Disney being a company. Disney is one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world. This is a huge promotion for both companies and looks good for both sides. Vans being one of the biggest shoe brands in the world shows off to Disney fans that they are with Disney and they support Disney. While Disney, one of the biggest entertainment companies in the world does the same thing, it shows that they support Vans they want their fans to buy Vans and especially this exact pair because they showcase Disney characters on the shoes. This is very beneficial for both sides because it is going to attract different fan bases to different companies and in the end, both sides win. They also decided to drop some clothes with the same type of scheme as the shoes. It has characters on the back and all around the clothing which has the same effect as the shoes.
