In the position of marketer within our company you will use your personal sales and marketing skills alongside your understanding of the contents of what you are selling in order to most efficiently promote the handbook to executives searching for a similar product.
    Major Duties: Your main duty, if you are to acquire the role, is to come up with a complex yet clear reason as to why our product is the best at what it does. You will need to be completely comfortable with what content is present in the product and will need to be able to recite and recall any bit of information that concerns the handbook. You will need to have strong communication skills as well as a knowledge of how you should act in a professional setting. The job will require you to meet powerful executives at this institution and potentially others and because of this, somebody who is personable and can talk well with people will be required. Lastly you will have to be aware of any potential weaknesses within the handbook, whether this is learned from presentation or just reading through, the ideas you have about how to improve our product will be taken very seriously.
    Minor Duties: Some more minor duties you will be responsible for if you are accepted to this position include market research, assisting in new content creation and looking professional . By paying attention to trends, you will become more in tune with what our product should look like and how it should be presented, this is just a small part of your major duty of checking for weaknesses in our content. Assisting in new content creation can have a lot of meanings, most of the time it means just brainstorming new ideas as writing and production will be left to somebody else within the company. Lastly, dressing and presenting yourself as a professional is something you will be responsible for at all times as you are the main person at the company interacting with clients. Your presentation should reflect the professionalism of our product.
    Qualifications: The first qualification that our company will be looking for is if you are currently enrolled or have completed an associates degree or higher in business, management, marketing or communications. Another qualification will be a GPA of 3.0 or higher on official university transcripts. Lastly, a professional resume will also be required for submission of any application.

    The job title we are looking to fill is “Marketing Specialist” and the overall description of the job will go as follows. We are looking for someone who is capable of developing and using good marketing strategies to market our product, which is freshman year handbooks. The candidate will need to know and understand effective marketing techniques and understand the mindset of high school graduates who are trying to decide if UNE is the right college for them. This person will also need to have a good background in social media marketing and have a decent understanding of the different social media algorithms and know how to properly use hashtags. This individual will also need to have good communication skills. The final trait that this candidate should have is being able to complete tasks in a timely manner and who is on top of their emails and schedule. If we can find a candidate capable of all this, then I think we’ll be in business.

    Job Description: Head of Sales

    The Head of Sales for Fantastic Team five is a job that entails many responsibilities and requires dedication to the franchise. The Head of Sales is responsible for the promotion and sales of Team Fives products i.e. the student guide handbook for UNE. The Head of Sales is also responsible for selling the product to UNE faculty, with the assistance of Team Five staff. The Head of Sales should create a powerpoint to sell our product to the staff of UNE, since the handbook is a product of interest to other schools and universities the presentation should be professional, not specific to UNE. In the event of upsizing the Head of Sales is responsible for other sales persons going to different colleges and expanding the brand. The original handbook for UNE will then be used as a template for the production of handbooks meant for other schools and their specific resources. They should be prepared to work from home, able to meet frequent deadlines and able to go to occasional group facilitation meetings.
    The Head of Sales for Team Five as a requirement must have a Bachelor’s degree in business, it is crucial to have knowledge of the market and its rises and drops. They must also have five years of experience outside of college working in the sales field as a manager or director. They should be able to fluently speak Spanish as it is the second most prevalent language in the U.S. With this knowledge they can comprise strategies to sell our product and make a profit, with the help of team five staff. This person can seek out opportunities to form relationships with the people buying and receiving our product to help Team five expand our company. The Head of Sales is going to be working based on projects and is responsible for managing their own time and the work that their team of salesmen produce. The person taking the position of Head of Sales should have a large social media following of at least one thousand followers as a form of promotion for Team Five. The Head of Sales is a job which requires good people skills since it is a person who will be in charge of communicating with other colleges. Because the job is quite strenuous the person filling the position needs to be able to function in stressful situations, operating during crunch time so to speak. Finally having a personable attitude towards others is a desirable trait, being approachable and perceived as friendly.

    The University of New England has opened up a position and is looking for a salesperson to sell the new handbook created by students for students. These handbooks are intended to help out new students at UNE and help them get some insider information about the school. This is a job where you will be able to be in person for half of the work week, and for the other half you will be able to work remotely. At this job, you will be required to promote our handbook to the incoming students at UNE. Potentially, we could be selling our idea and expand our brand to other universities, and you would be the lead in this act. For this role, we want someone who has been in this field for at least five years. This person also needs to be very knowledgeable when it comes to sales and the world of selling. We would also love if you are someone who is good to talk to because we do not want someone dull talking to our clients or being around us in the office. We require that you have a degree and either majored or minored in either business or communications. We would also potentially accept someone who has a degree in technology because the world of selling has changed and become a lot more virtual.

You have to make sure you have enough handbooks with you while you’re selling because you don’t know if that’ll be the big day you sell big.   13. We here at Goofy Dumplings have spent multiple weeks assembling the ideal UNE handbook. Through that process we believe that we could have used an on site consultant to advise us and help us with our project. That is the person that we are looking for: a on site Project Consultant. The responsibilities of this person are to answer questions, add on to group discussion, help point Goofy Dumplings members in the right drection. As a project consltant you will be asked to work at least 30 hours a week as well as addditional paid overtime. This person is also responsible for spelling and grammar checking, as well as citing the sources for the project. This is so the Goofy Dumplings team can effectivly work on the project and not have to worry about other aspects that arent based on the content of the project. The expectation that this will work like how it does in a newsroom where one person or group does the project or paper and then it will be edited by another, and then published. Some of the minor duties that are expected with this role include presentation cue cards and timing the presentation should we be timed. We would also like to have this person complete their degree if they are in college, that doesnt effect employment and we are flexible on those hours. We undertand this is not a forever position so we here at Goofy Dumplings are committed to helping you achieve your goal. The first requirement is a highschool diploma. The second requirement is WordPress expierence or Google Sites expierence. The third final requirement is customer service expierence, this is because you learn valuable lessons from those jobs and you learn about yourself. Things we would like to know: What are your 3 greatest achievements? How would a teacher, coach, or mentor describe you? What are qualities that you have that will set you apart from oher applicants?

    My role in this portion of this project was the first three sentences, when our group met we all agreed that the job title as well as the sentence structure was suitable for the job. We alos all agreed on the paid overtime portion of that. Additionally we agreed on the non requirement of a college degree, but it is preferred when applying.

    What may be concerning is the possible misunderstanding in regards to the non requirement of a college degree. This is because applicants without a college degree but are in persuit of one may be weary of getting and applying for the job. I understand this but, I dont think that a college degree is completley necessary for this position, however, a commitent to a higher education does help.

Your tasks will be to handle all of our athletics equipment and jerseys so that they are ready to go for game days and practice. Not only will you be responsible for the equipment but you must also communicate with our athletes in a friendly and professional manner. This job requires you to be here six days a week and is a base salary pay.

    Responsibilities:
    – Oversee the maintenance and repair of all equipment, making sure all appliances are functionable and safety compliant for our athletes.
    – Manage inventory levels, procure new equipment, and negotiate with suppliers to maintain cost-effective operations.

This position will also require the position hire to send out emails to future students about what makes this school so special. The hire going to local high schools will be required to show off the student handbook to future students and be able to help sell the school and sell what the school has to offer. Local highschools will be alerted with what you are looking to accomplish and we will make sure you are able to be allowed to enter the school. This job entails at least 3 years in a sales profession to be able to help sell the school. If hired for this position you will be trained by a 4 person committee who created the handbook you will be trying to sell and help future students understand. You will also be required to know how to use emailing strategies and required to know how to locate future students’ email address.
